Fifteen years after the events of this feature film, Kyle Craig is assigned to go undercover in an elite squad of their LAPD as the trainee report on his off-book procedures and to spy on him of Detective Frank Rourke. They form an uncomfortable alliance that'll modify the course of both their lives, as Frank starts teaching his trainee the way of the streets.
