ThunderCats
ThunderCats is a American/Japanese animated tv series, produced by Ethan Spaulding and Michael Jelenic. A reboot of the original 1980s television series of the same name, ThunderCats was manufactured by Warner Bros.. Animation and Studio 4°C, and combined elements of western cartoon, together with Japanese anime. The series began having an abysmal premiere.
Following destruction of their home, Thundera's realm, the ThunderCats are made to roam the planet Third Earth, in order to locate a method to defeat. The series tries to simply take a cinematic approach that is much darker and more than the series, with focus on much more sophisticated topics and characterization.
Initially planned for 52 episodes, ThunderCats art-director Dan Norton in 2013 confirmed it that the series had been canceled after only one year old. Reruns of the series aired on the Toonami block of Adult Swim.
