The FBI calls as he was the one capture in 2003, the case to be consulted on by representative Ryan Hardy. Ryan, working closely together with an FBI team, including Mike Weston and FBI Specialist Debra Parker, slice with the ever-growing web of murders orchestrated by the Carroll.
