The Affair
After the two meet at Long Island at the resort town of Montauk, the Affair explores the emotional effects of an extramarital relationship between Noah Solloway and Alison Lockhart. Noah is just a New York City school teacher with one novel published (book entitled A man or woman who Visits a Position ) plus he's struggling to publish a second book. He's happily married with four kids, but resents his dependence on his. Alison is a youthful waitress trying to slice her life and union in the wake of the death of her child. The story of the affair is explained filled with memory biases, from the female and male viewpoints.
