Four turtles fall and are befriended by Hamato Yoshi a man delivered. 1 day he sees a strange glow which transforms the 4 turtles to creatures. Hamato (now Master Splinter) changes to a giant rat by the green glow and teaches the turtles the relevant skills of the ninja as they form teams with Channel 6 news reporter April O'Neil to fight Yoshi's arch-enemy Shredder and Krang, an alien warlord by Dimension X.
