Grinning Buddies Inc. is a little company whose main function is to bring joy as well as make people smile. The series follows the everyday lives and ill fortunes of its agents, the careless, cynical Charlie, as well as the joyful, hopeful Pim, as they try to comfort as well as comfort the struggling people that call their business's hotline. They get apparently basic demands but the jobs turn out to be more complicated than they seem, making it tough to bring joy to the world.
