Max Headroom
Max Head Room is a American satirical science fiction television series by Chrysalis Visual Programming and Lakeside Productions to Get Lorimar-Telepictures that Beamed at the United States from March 1987 to May 1988 on ABC. The series was based upon the Channel 4 British TV pilot Made by Chrysalis, Max Headroom: 20 Minutes into the Future. The series is often mistaken as an American-produced show of a nearly entirely US cast due to its own particular use and the setting combined with being broadcast in the USA on the ABC system. Where Headroom appears between music videos cinemax aired the UK pilot accompanied by a streak of highlights a music video show. ABC asked Chrysalis/Lakeside to create the show to people audiences took an interest in the pilot.
The show went into production and ran for six episodes from the first season with eight being produced in season two.
