He & She is an American sitcom that aired as a portion of its line-up that is 1967-1968 on the CBS television network , originally sponsored by General Foods and Lever Brothers.
He & She is widely considered to be ahead of its time. Its sophisticated approach to humor was considered opening doors into the revolutionary MTM group of sitcoms of the 1970s, you start with The Mary Tyler Moore Show in 1970. Oscar's character was the blueprint to the Ted Baxter character, that founder Leonard Stern granted permission.
