Fullmetal Alchemist
Edward and Alphonse Elric are just two brothers gifted the science of carrying one item and changing it. But, alchemy works for some thing -- on the theory of Equivalent Exchange to be generated, something of equal value must be sacrificed. Edward decides to accomplish the unthinkable when their mother dies -- bringing her back alive by breaking among Alchemy taboos and acting Individual Alchemy. Thinking they will have nothing more to lose, he and Alphonse create their attempt -- but something goes horribly wrong. At the procedure, Alphonse loses his body and Edward loses his legagain. Ed manages to rescue Al by minding his spirit however at the cost of leg and his arm.
