Earth 2 is an American science fiction television show that aired on NBC in November 6, 1994 on June 4, 1995. The show had been canceled after one season of 22 episodes. It follows the journey and settlement of a tiny expeditionary group called the Eden Project, with the aim to journey to a earthlike planet referred to as G889 within a effort to discover a cure to a illness known as"the syndrome". The series was created by Michael Duggan, Carol Flint, Mark Levin, and Billy-ray, produced by Amblin Entertainment and Universal Television, also filmed chiefly around the Santa Fe region in northern New Mexico.
