Chip Baskets really wants to trace his fantasy to be a clown that is French reality keeps interfering. Confronting an impenetrable language barrier and saddled with difficulties , he moves back home to Bakersfield with high hopes. There, he is forced to confront his past while competing together along with his siblings for affection and his mum's approval and employed like a rodeo clown.
