The Swordsman in Double Flag Town
A young man travels to the arid desert settlement of Double Flag Town in order to claim his mother's hand in marriage, in accordance with his father's dying wishes. Everyone despises him because he appears to be incompetent and dumb. His actions spark the anger of the Lethal Swordsman, who is the rapist's brother and also a well-known serial killer, when he murders another man who is attempting to rape his future wife. Will our hero opt to flee with his bride or face the ruthless Swordsman in the last battle? Sergio Leone meets Hiroshi Teshigahara in this highly stylized martial arts film, which is inspired by both directors.
