Traveling Route 66, Reverend Johnny Jones, a charismatic preacher, and also his beautiful Latina girl friend, Rebecca, find their own lives spiraling out of control as they travel from town. Running their scam on the churches that they encounter along the mother road. He's ready to convince people he's got the capacity to heal their illnesses and solve their dreadful life adventures. However, what exactly the pair think is that their scam begs the question does he really have the power? It's a matter that haunts him and intensifies his inner demons. His childhood abuse from his wicked dad will not soon go away. He finds refuge at the base of each bottle of endless and tequila grams of cocaine that goes up his nose. His childhood demons will not subside, neither will his vices. In the end, his abilities function as a curse and a boon.
