The Little Things
Deke, a burnt-out Kern Region, CA deputy sheriff groups with Baxter, a crack LASD investigative, to catch a serial awesome. Deke's nose for the "little things" shows eerily accurate, but his determination to circumvent the regulations embroils Baxter in a soul-shattering issue. At the same time, Deke has to duke it out a dark secret from his past.
