Jake, the only survivor of this Grudge two massacre, is contested by chilling fantasies of Kayako and Toshio who've resulted in his hospitalization. Jake's caretaker, Dr. Sullivan is set to explore his horrifying tales. She investigates his Chicago home, locating another family on the edge of succumbing to the curse. It becomes evident that Jake stories are true, and a mysterious Japanese woman may be the only real hope of banishing the spirits. . .unless her plan destroys them all.
