The mysterious murder of a US senator bearing the signature of their Soviet assassin'Cassius', forces retired CIA Paul Shepherson to team with rookie FBI agent, Ben Geary to address the offense. Having spent his career chasing Cassius, Shepherdson is convinced his nemesis is deceased, but is pushed to take with his supervisor on the case. Geary, who wrote his Master's thesis on Shepherdson's quest for the killer that is Soviet, would be for definite that Cassius has resurfaced.
