Maine Congressman Charlie Winship has received. After being caught on video a failure to stand and recite the pledge of allegiance, he confronts his mad ex-wife knocks out another House penis, and confronts denunciation by the media for assaulting among the very precious patriotic symbols in America. Charlie embarks on a journey to some distant island at the Atlantic whose inhabitants come at the middle of a war over their fishing grounds as his life spirals out of control.
