The life of Chickasaw Nation citizen Mary Thompson Fisher has been extended a tribute and also the way one particular woman used her voice to keep stories and customs living. Raised in West, Fisher left to pursue her dream of becoming an actress, only to find her true calling was at home all along. By Chautauquas to Broadway and the White House, Fisher traveled the world acting stories and Native American songs for heads of American presidents state, along with royalty.
