Talons of the Eagle
After 3 DEA agents are assassinated by Mr. Li (Hong), the DEA sends New York cop and martial arts expert Tyler Wilson (Blanks) undercover to Toronto to partner up with Canadian vice cop Michael Reeds (Merhi). Wilson and Reeds must infiltrate Li's gang, so they enter a martial arts contest where Li recruits.
