Due to the recent increase in crime in their tiny town, a group of residents decided to organize a neighborhood watch. The watch's founders are usually retirees who are die-hard action film lovers who always fantasize about being an action hero like their idol. Their opportunity to be a hero comes when a mystery girl appears in their village seeking their assistance.
