Texas, austin, is a Eden for unambitious and its young, by the eccentric into the dangerously apathetic. Here, the lazy can eschew responsibility in favor of nursing their obsessions that are esoteric. The locals include a philosopher who passionately expounds on his fantasy notions to a ridiculous cabbie, a young woman that tries to hawk Madonna's Pap test to anyone that will listen and a old anarchist searching for recruits.
