A decent-looking boy called Dennis Skinner rents out an apartment or condo in a couple's house, Kerry as well as Geoff. At night he roams the streets with a goodie-bag filled with knives seeking victims to skin, continuously followed by the hindering, tottering junkie Heidi that was mutilated by him and also is now seeking revenge. Dennis is brought in to Kerry and intends to show her the actual him.
