Back in 1992, teenager Sandi Tan shot Singapore's very first road picture with her American mentor Georges -- who vanished with the footage. Twenty five decades after, the picture is recovered, sending Tan, a novelist in la, on the personal odyssey in search of Georges' vanishing footprints.
