Robot & Frank
A beautiful comedy and, for good measure, a heist film. Curmudgeonly Frank resides by himself. His regular involves daily visits to his regional library. His children are worried with the wellbeing of their father and buy him a care taker robot. Initially resistant to the idea, Frank starts to treat his robot-like a companion and in the end so on appreciates the benefits of autonomous service -- such as a house that is clean and nutritious meals --. With his robot's assist, Frank's fire for his profession that is criminal is re-ignited, worse or for better.
