Jack Casey ('Kevin Bacon' )used to be a hot shot stock market whiz kid. After a disastrous choice that is expert, his life while in the fast lane is all over. He also loses his guts and combines a speed shipping firm that relies on bicycles to avoid traffic jams of bay area, is brought on by befriends, Terri, and a fellow bicycler Hector, a budding entrepreneur.
