Pray for Rain
When Emma Gardner, a whip bright NYC reporter learns of her dad's untimely death, she brings to her home town to discover the ancestral farming area of her childhood was ravaged by drought and has become a place tormented by gangs as well as also the ill effects of poverty. She quickly figures out that the accidental death of her dad wasn't casual in any respect. The lists of suspects include farmers envious of the outstanding reputation of her father, a war lord and too excited environmentalists.
