One Piece: Heart of Gold
A woman named Olga is chased by both World Government and also a guy named Mad Treasure, as she may be the only person who knows the location of this Pure Gold, a substance that could get the full world. Olga eventually ends sailing up together using all the Straw Hat Pirates, plus so they journey to obtain the Pure Gold to Alchemi, which is located inside the gut of a massive angler fish named Bonbori's island.
