A maybe not so clever guy called Bertie with a Opel Manta (a minimal budget European sports-coupe from the'80s) has rivalry in a street race from some guy using a quick Mercedes, also another glossy guy with a Ferrari attempts to receive his hands onto Bertie's girl friend.
