Lazy preppie Palmer Woodrow hires street-smart Eddie Keaton to go to college for him while he indulges in Europe. Eddie loves preppie girl Tracey, upsetting Biff, the Hoover Academy bully. When his bookmaker from the old area, Dice, pertains to accumulate on Eddie's gaming financial obligations and also Palmer returns early from Europe, the plan slowly starts to decipher.
