Sexploitation queen Doris Wishman directs this delightful nudie cutie about a bogus marital counselor who gives sexual advice to his neighbors and the lecherous maintenance man who watches the steamy sessions via the building's keyholes. A man who completed a degree via correspondence course uses his newly acquired expertise to assist his neighbors in rekindling their passion. Nobody is aware that even their most private moments are mere eye candy for the lonely maintenance worker who has free access to the entire building.
