Flint is again called out of retirement when his boss discovers that he appears to have missed 90 seconds with the president while golfing. Flint discovers that the president has been replaced by an actor (Flint's line [with a wistful look] will be"An Actor as President?") Flint discovers that an organization of women have banded together to take over the world that they have.
