Girl Model
Despite a scarcity of obvious similarities between Siberia and Tokyo, a model industry that is thriving joins these distant places. GIRL MODEL follows two protagonists included within this industry: Ashley, a profoundly ambivalent model scout who scours the countryside looking for fresh faces to ship into the Western market, also one of her discoveries, Nadya, a half-dozen year old plucked out of the ancestral countryside and dropped in to the center of Tokyo with promises of a rewarding livelihood. After the initial discovery of Nadya of Ashley, the two rarely meet again, however, their stories are bound. As Nadya's optimism regarding rescuing her family out of their difficulties grows, her dreams comparison against the more jaded perspective about the corrosive influence of the industry of Ashley.
