Look for her sister who went missing two years back and miyu went to examine. One afternoon Miyu must know Hana who had been a plastic surgeon and she advised of her sister. Hana lives with her fan Hyoshin, but she got drawn by Miyu. And Nyoshin felt jealous of Miyu. Miyu thought that Hana is her sister and asked her to share with the facts. Hyoshin saw two of these talking and murdered Hana as a result of jealous. Hyoshin strove to kill Miyu second and Miyu realized Hyoshin is her sister who changed her face and had surgery. Hana stuck a knife into herself because she knew her sister is always valued by Miyu. Miyu lived, however, lost her sister that was prized.
