George Washington
Set in the landscape of a rural southern town,"George Washington" is a wonderful portrait of the way in which a group of young kids come to grips using a hard world of alternatives and consequences. During a game in an abandoned amusement park, an associate of this group dies. Narrated by a number of those youngsters, the film follows the kids as they find it difficult to balance relationships and their aspirations against a lie.
