F/X man Rollie Tyler is currently a toymaker. His girl friend Kim's ex husband, mike, is just a cop. He asks Rollie to help capture a killer. The performance goes well until a man kills the killer and Mike. Mike's manager, Silak claims it had been the killer who killed Mike but Rollie knows it wasn't. Obviously, Silak is involved with Mike's departure, therefore he calls on Leo McCarthy, the cop from the last movie, who's presently a P.I., for assistance and they detect it's not merely Silak that they have to worry about.
