Four Flies on Grey Velvet
A drummer in a rock group roberto, keeps being accompanied by a mysterious man along with becoming calls that are weird. At the ensuing struggle he stabs him although one night he manages to catch up with his persecutor and tries to convince him to talk. He runs away, but he knows his troubles have just begun when the next day he receives an envelope together with photos of him killing the man. Somebody is killing all of his friends and trying to frame him for the murders...
