Colin, an ambitious young American businessman, has a handle a potential client. The dog owner continues to refuse his deal, although the sheikh has tried several times to obtain a winner pigeon. In a effort to get the confidence of the Sheikh, Colin offers him a deal if he even chooses to convince the owner the sheikh will accept conduct business with the company of Colin.
