Exodus
The theme may be that the foundation of this country of Israel. The action begins on a ship full of Jewish immigrants jumped. An Intelligence officer succeeds in getting them back onboard their ship only to own the harbor with whom they need to sue, blocked by the British. The second section handles announcing the resulting warring and independence.
