Escape from Zahrain
Yul Brynner plays politician Sharif that is derived from a police van on his way to a firing squad by young loyalists led by Sal Mineo. Yul and also the various other prisoners kidnap a rescue and head into the Arabian desert with the cops in hot quest. All the performances are splendid: Sal Mineo showing his acting skills, Jack Warden in a wiseguy efficiency as a worker of Zahrain oil that was involved in embezzlement, Anthony Caruso as a slimy psychotic and the underrated Madlyn Rhue as a registered nurse who ends up being psychologically involved in the process.
