In the Summer of 1965 there is a man filled up with the entire life span of the old pearling jack Broome - fishing, chilling out with his own girl and his teammates. However he is returned by his mommy to the religious mission for further instruction. He runs away from the assignment, after being penalized for an act of rebellion.
