Joshua Riverton (Josh Eisenberg) invested one decade helping a global chemical behemoth, infamous for their ecological carelessness. When his child develops a strange illness, he advance as a whistle-blower, throwing his life into turmoil. He's convinced that his firm's carelessness has actually made his child ill, and also there are dark forces hiding the fact. When given the possibility to face his old boss, Dr. Woeland (Paul Statman), he permits a standoff to rise into violence, and Josh is shot in the process.
