When a young cellist named Eve Taylor is kidnapped and imprisoned in a dungeon-like basement, Detective Barnbrooke believes it is the work of the infamous psychopath known as "The Pied Piper." But, after failing to stop him for the past fourteen years, and with three other girls missing and presumed dead, Police Detective Barnbrooke knows all too well that if he can't find his only suspect this time, Eve will suffer the same fate as the other Pied Piper victims.
