King Kong, a brilliant burglar who steals a cache of rubies from some gangsters, structures another thief called White Handwear cover for the crime. That's when the bald investigator Albert Au, that has actually been chasing King Kong for fairly some time, pairs with the unpredictable women Superintendent Ho to bring him to justice. King Kong ends up joining the heros to defeat White Glove and one more crook dubbed Mad Max, and also recoup the rubies from the hiding place where they were left by King Kong's dead associate.
