Vladik Zorich (Dolph Lundgren), crime lord his tentacles permeate the under belly of a seedy la because he deals with firearms, gambling, drugs and skin trafficking, finds himself double-crossed by his most trustworthy Profession Rhona Zyocki (Natalie Burn).
