A Girl's Best Friend
Penelope, as Polka-Dot, is a vivacious young lady who enjoys helping others, especially her ill mother. Polka-Dot befriends a tough cop and his tracking canine, Luey, while looking for a part-time job. Luey helps Polka-Dot find strength and faith when her mother's condition worsens.
