A Christmas Dream
It's Christmas time! This year's Christmas tree is filled with a variety of toys for the little girl and her parents to play with. When she gets her new dolls, she instantly discards her old one and begins playing with the new ones. She does, however, have a dream that night. Is it real, or just a dream? (IMDb) With no dialogue or sound effects, and no Santa Claus, the Czech version's soundtrack was entirely instrumental. They added an American Santa Claus and a doll with a pip-squeak voice when MGM released the film in the United States, replacing the original film's delightful soundtrack with an overdone Hollywood creation.
