Tokyo Story
Tomi, the Shukishi and also his spouse, take the journey from their seaside village to visit their kids in Tokyo. Their older son, Koichi, a physician, and their own daughter, Shige, also a hair dresser, don't have a lot of time and energy to spend with their elderly parents, so it drops to Noriko, the widow of their younger son who was killed in the war, to keep her in-laws company.
