In Montauban at 1944, Julien Dandieu at a surgeon at the hospital. Frightened by the army entering Montauban, he requests his friend Francois to induce his wife and his daughter at the back country village at which Julien has an older castle. Julien decided to meet for the weekend end, but the Germans are currently occupying the village.
