Scott's development stalled after his firefighter father died when he was seven. He's in his mid-20s and has achieved little, chasing an impossible dream of becoming a tattoo artist. Scott, who lives with his tired ER nurse mother, spends his days smoking pot, partying with the guys—Oscar, Igor, and Richie—and covertly hooking up with his childhood buddy Kelsey.
