Bok-Soon runs a road stall while looking after her younger sis. Bok-Soon might not be the brightest woman but what she lacks in knowledge, she offsets in unmanageable rage. She's infamously known as the "psycho bitch" in her neighborhood. Bok-Soon's fairly serene life with her sister is disrupted when they cross paths with a serial killer called Tae-Soo. Tae-Soo kills Bok-Soon's sister because she might have stumbled upon the reality of his murderous lifestyle. Bok-Soon's craze consumes her totally, leading her to outline her vengeance on Tae-Soo.
